1 box devils food cake mix
1 package cream cheese (I use the low fat kind because you know cookies should be as healthy as possible)
1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
1 egg
Note: Soften the cream cheese really well other wise it is really tricky to get it all mixed. Also use a large bowl for mixing as the dough will be kind of crumby looking and is kind of messy to mix.
Mix all ingredients together. Roll into 1 inch balls. Place on cookie sheet and flaten with a fork dipped in sugar. (you can crowd them on the pan because they don't spread while baking) Bake at 375 for 7-8 minutes or until the edges are set up. They won't be crunchy like other cookies cause these are more like a brownie cookie. Cool on pan for 2 minutes and scarf or place on a cooling rack.
Here are mine.

Those Cookies look so good. I will have to try them. I am so glad that you have a blog now, and you are so good at keeping up with it. So what kind a jars do you have your spices in. They look great, a far cry from what my spices look like!
