I made this tree for Ester last year and had great intentions on using it throughout the year but never got any decorations made. This year after Easter (because I was way late getting Easter decorations put away) I decided to come up with something for summer. I found some cute wooden cutouts I had of clouds and bugs and stars and decided to paint those up as well as make some watermelons and flags to hang on the tree. I added bits of ribbon tied around some of the branches and added the stars with wire curls. The end product is cute and bright and perfect for all things summer.
Next up is making fall decorations.
