Potatoes, diced,
Zucchini, diced
Onions, diced
Gr and Hot Peppers diced
Nuke potatoes. Saute` zucchini, onions, peppers.
6 eggs, beaten
Push veggies aside and scramble eggs...Mix.
Top with shredded cheese and chopped tomatoes.
