I don't know how I feel about listening to myself- A Real Mommy Moment

Here is the downfall to having your child learn to talk and become fluent in your own language-you get to hear just how you sound from day to day.  The baby crys and your older child says, "Just a minute, I can't help you right now, just a minute, just a minute."  Your baby does something that is not right and you tell him or her to stop and your older child says, "If you kick one more time you are going straight to time out."  Your baby wants something and you tell her she can't have it and there in your ear you hear, "I am sorry but I said no.  I SAID NO, now don't ask again."  Lovely isn't it?
